WHAT WE'VE DONE
UI/UX Overhaul & ACS/VMS Integrations
BDIS injected a modern aesthetic into a command-and-control platform including features such as new graphics and pan/zoom touch functionality which served to improve operator efficiency and bring ‘sexy’ back. Other project components included a custom video client capable of displaying video from multiple VMS platforms and data aggregation functionality from disparate systems with a web-based interface for reporting.
Sales Analysis & Product Selection
BDIS partnered with a large integrator to analyze product sales data, market trends, and product evaluations in order to determine which product offerings would best meet the needs of their customers.
New Product Launch
BDIS positioned an early-phase manufacturer for success by providing market analysis, trend data, and gathering voice-of-customer information. Based on their findings, BDIS and their client were able to better specify their new technology product prior to its launch into the access control space.
